The punishment of the accused shall be determined by a year of imprisonment.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant and the victim D ( South, 60 years old) operate the “F” in Gwangju Mine-gu E, and the victim was entrusted with the repair of the H salary class III cargo purchased from G (ju).

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and damaged the victim's property.

2. In the date, time, and place mentioned in paragraph 1 above, the Defendant resisted the Defendant’s damage of the above wing and Class III cargo vehicle as above, and the Defendant caused the victim’s left ke pipe, which is the dangerous object, one time a part of the lower pipe.

그 후 피고인은 위 F 종업원들의 제지로 위 F 사무실로 이동한 후 계속하여 피해자와 말다툼을 하던 중 피해자가 의자에 앉아 고개를 숙이고 있는 것을 보고 화가 나 피해자에게 “ 콱 죽여 버려” 라는 취지로 말하면서 위험한 물건인 과도 칼( 전체 길이 약 25cm, 칼날 길이 약 15cm) 로 피해자의 등 부위를 1회 찔러 피해자에게 약 6 주간의 치료가 필요한 상 세 불명의 비골 부분의 골절 등의 상해를 가하였다.
