A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 2, 2015, at around 19:30 on March 19, 2015, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim who was walking on the street in front of the Busan Shipping Daegu Apartment; (b) discovered the victim who was walking from around 500 meters prior to; and (c) accessed the victim by approaching the victim by “I would be able to know about the number of the victim who was fine.” However, the victim continued to walk the way in which the victim did not refuse to do so and her her her her her her her senth in his her hands.

2. Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts by force against the victim.
4.
