A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant committed the following crimes under the state that Albimeric dementia lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to Albimeric dementia:

1. On April 21, 2018, the Defendant: (a) on April 21, 2018, when the Defendant was boarding and standing a DNA bus (E) operated in the direction of the Busan metropolitan traffic Daegu-dong in Busan metropolitan area around 19:02; (b) on the bus stop in Busan metropolitan transportation Daegu, the Defendant was willing to commit an indecent act against the said victims while boarding the bus; (c) on the bus at the victim G (V, 43 years old) and his/her father’s wife H (17 years old); and (d) on the part of the Defendant for the victim to leave his/her vacant seat, when the victim passes along the passenger’s seat, the Defendant’s hand fared with his/her seat at one time; and (d) around 19:05 on the same day, the victim H turned at the right right end of the bus with his/her back door to get the bus getting off from the bus above.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim G and juvenile victim H.

2. Crimes committed on May 29, 2018;

A. On May 29, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act in front of the Jam in Busan Metropolitan City Shipping Daegu on May 29, 2018; (b) committed an indecent act against the Victim K (Mam, 29 years of age, and name) who is mixed with the victim in the opposite part; and (c) committed an indecent act against the victim by making the victim’s knife’s knife’s knife’s knife knife knife knife knife k

B. At the time and place indicated in Section 2-A of the assault, the Defendant reported to the police by the victim who was committed an indecent act as above, followed the Defendant to resist it, thereby driving away the Defendant’s arms;

It is said that the victim's arms were brupted, and the victim's shoulder was brupted with his/her hands, and the victim's shoulder was tightly pushed.
