On May 17, 2020, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.133% among blood transfusion, the Defendant driven a section of about 1 km from the front of the G-dong cafeteria restaurant in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, to the front of the D-dong cafeteria, which is located in the same city-gu straight-dong, with approximately 1k-distance section from the front of the D-dong cafeteria to the front of the D-dong cafeteria-dong.

1. Larceny;

A.
