A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 14, 2015, around 12:25, the Defendant stolen two air conditioners, the sum of market prices installed at the “D” main parking lot operated by the victim C in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and approximately KRW 1,400,000,000, on two occasions, on the part of the Defendant.

2. At around 10:20 on May 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at the entrance of the G amusement room operated by the Victim F in Gangseo-gu Seoul Northern District E, the Defendant stolen the Defendant, by carrying approximately KRW 1,00,000,000, total market value of the victim’s possession, which the victim was set up in the said amusement room, on two occasions, one air conditioner, and one air conditioner outside the air conditioner, on two occasions.

1. On May 12, 2015, around 16:49 around 16:49, the Defendant intrusiond the victim’s residence by entering the victim I’s house located C in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government through an open gate with the idea of theft.

2. The Defendant: (a) cited one air-conditioner with which the market price on the victim’s possession, which was located in the victim’s house, cannot be seen; and (b) loaded the victim’s house with one air-conditioner prepared in advance and stolen it.

1. At around 10:30 on May 16, 2015, the Defendant intrusiond the victim’s residence by entering the house of the victim K located in the Jung-gu Seoul Central Government, Jung-gu, Seoul, with an open gate that steals property.

2. Larceny;

A. The Defendant cut off the victim’s market price under the victim’s stairs of the foregoing housing at the date, time, place, and place indicated in paragraph (1) by putting one out air conditioner, where the victim’s market price is unknown.

B. On May 16, 2015, around 18:00, the Defendant: (a) laid down a children’s park near the middle-gu Seoul Jungdong-dong, Jungdong-gu, Seoul; (b) laid down a theft on the hand bags, where the Defendant prepared one out of the off air conditioner, in which the market price on the victim’s name was unknown; and (c) laid down in the middle-gu, Jungdong-gu.
