Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 25, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny at the Incheon District Court, which was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Incheon District Court on May 26, 2017, and on October 18, 2017, the Incheon District Court sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on February 20, 2019.

Around 04:40 on March 4, 2019, the Defendant stolen wals with 20,000 won at the market price, using the tearing tool in the “D” operated by the victim C, located in Michuhol-gu Incheon, Michuhol-gu, Incheon.

2. The Defendant: (a) on March 30, 2019, around 05:5:55 on March 30, 2019, the Defendant: (b) on the frontway in Michuhol-gu Incheon, Michuhol-gu; (c) on the part of the victim G, at the victim’s market price located therein approximately KRW 500,000,000 of the pipeline totaling KRW 50,000,000 were stolen.

Therefore, even though the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times due to larceny, he has committed larceny during the period of repeated crime.

3. On April 15, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened from the first floor of the “I” commercial building located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government H on April 15, 2019 to the open entrance located adjacent to the said building; and (b) had one out air conditioner equivalent to KRW 150,000, the market price of the victim J owned by the said building.

In addition, the Defendant stolen the victims’ property worth approximately KRW 1.4 million in total at four times during the period from that time to May 1, 2019, as shown in the attached list of crimes, from that time by the foregoing method.

4. "2019 Highest 3754".

A. On May 2, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime on May 2, 2019, around 08:54, on the Ldong of the Michuhol-gu Incheon, Michuhol-gu, Incheon, where the market price on the victim’s M in the building is unknown, the Defendant stolen the victim’s property by carrying one out the out air-conditioner, which is connected to the bicycle that is owned by the Defendant, on the part of the Defendant.

B. The Defendant committed the crime on May 3, 2019, on May 3, 2019.
