Punishment of the crime

On February 20, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for four months at the Busan District Court on February 20, 2013 and on February 28, 2013, which became final and conclusive on February 28, 2013, and is currently under suspension of execution. On November 22, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court on November 22, 2012 and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan Detention Center on February 27, 20

On May 29, 2013, between around 16:20 and 16:40, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victims’ banking operations by force, including, but not limited to, the 20 minutes of bitch bitch bitch, the person in charge of the bitch bitch bitch bitch, the person in charge of the bitch bitch bitch bitch, the person in charge of the bitch bitch bitch, and the person in charge of the bitch bitch son, the person in charge of the bitch son, and the person in charge of the bitch string xle son,” without any justifiable reason.

2. 모욕 피고인은 제1항과 같은 날 16:40경 제1항과 같은 장소에서 신고를 받고 출동한 경남의령경찰서 E지구대 소속 경위 F 등이 피고인을 제지하며 축협 밖으로 데리고 나가자 축협직원들과 의령상설시장 인근에 있던 다수의 시민들이 지켜 보고 있는 가운데 피해자 F에게 “내가 범인이다, 잡아가라, 씨발놈아”라고 욕설을 하고, 불상의 시민들을 향해서도 “야이 씨발놈들아, 뭘 쳐다보노, 죽고싶나”라고 욕설을 하다가 위 피해자가 제지하자, 다시 피해자를 향해 “쓰레기 같은 경찰새끼야, 내가 너거 믿는 줄 아나, 씹새끼야, 헛소리 하지마라, 나도 교도소에서 살고 나왔는데 가만두지 않겠다”라는 등의 욕설을 하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.
