A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Sale and purchase of Metephographs (the clopon (the copon, the copon; the hereinafter referred to as the copon);

A. On September 12, 2017, the Defendant received KRW 100,000 in cash from G in the vicinity of the F apartment parking lot in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, and sold 0.2 grams of philophones.

B. On October 3, 2017, the Defendant received KRW 100,000 in cash from the above G at the above place, and sold a 0.2 gramphone in a philophone.

On November 1, 2017, the Defendant received KRW 100,000 in cash from the above G at the above location, and sold a 0.2 gramopon by culon.

On December 2, 2017, the Defendant received KRW 100,000 in cash from the above G at the above location, and sold a 0.2 gramopon with a phiopon.

2. Arranging the trade of philophones;

A. On September 17, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 900,000 from G upon request from H to purchase phiphones; (b) received 1 the said money from G in the vicinity of the Geum-gu, Busan; (c) received approximately 5 grams of phiphones from I; and (d) arranged to trade phiphones in the vicinity of the F apartment in Busan, Dongdong-gu, Busan, via G via about 5 grams of the said phiphones on the same day.

B. On November 11, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 900,00 from G upon request from H to purchase phiphones; (b) received KRW 100,00 from I on the same day the said money from H; (c) received approximately 5 g of phiphones from I; and (d) assisted H to trade phiphones by way of sending approximately 5 g of the said phiphones in front of the “K Hospital located in the Busan Fri-gu, Busan; and (c) arranged H to trade phiphones through G on the same day.

3. The Defendant, on March 19, 2018, administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.06g philophones from C located in Geum-gu, Busan on March 19, 2018, into a single-use injection machine and dilution with biocom.
