Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On August 25, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Busan District Court on January 25, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence on December 19, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Around 13:00 on March 3, 2020, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 1.5 g of 420,000 in cash, a psychotropic drug, which is a psychotropic drug, in two in a single-use injection period, from D (the indictment of detention on March 19, 2020) known prior to the Plaintiff’s purchase in the vicinity of the Busan Young-gu Busan Young-gu Busan Metropolitan City Office.

4. Around 12:00 on March 23, 2020, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of philopon into the 5th floor toilet G in Busan Jin-gu, Busan, for a single-time injection machine, and dilution with a natural water, and administered the left arms in a way of injecting them into the bloodline.

5. On March 23, 2020, at around 20:30 on March 23, 2020, the Defendant sold phiphones with cash of KRW 2.50,000 from J in the dwelling of J in Busan H apartment I, and sold phiphones with cash of KRW 2.50,000,000 from J in the fore part of the fore part of the day.

6. The Defendant, as described in paragraph 5, injected approximately 0.03g of philophonephones into a single-use injection machine, dilution with biocom, and administered them in such a way as to injecte to the left blood cells.
