1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The registration of transfer of ownership in Q Q’s name was completed on the ground of the successful bid on January 21, 1999 with respect to the land size of 2,438 square meters in Taecheon-si L, but the registration of transfer of ownership in P road 1,614 square meters was completed on the ground of the co-owned property partition on September 20, 199, around September 20, 199, with respect to the land size of 376 square meters in N road. The registration of transfer of ownership in P road 1,614 square meters was completed on April 16, 2002.

B. On October 20, 201, the Plaintiff purchased L. 2,438 square meters, N. 376 square meters, P. 1,614 square meters (hereinafter “instant road”), and paid the purchase price, and completed the registration of ownership transfer under his/her name on October 26, 201.

C. The Defendants owned land and buildings adjacent to the instant road (hereinafter “each land and building owned by the Defendants”) as indicated below (the location of each land and building indicated below is omitted), and used the instant road as a passage to enter the public road from each land and building owned by the Defendants (TT road, etc.).
