1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant Suwon-si is respectively with respect to the area of 376 square meters, J 7 square meters, and K 5 square meters, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

1. Determination as to the cause of claim

A. The registration record was changed on October 1, 1936 by the registration number No. 2942 with respect to Q Q 180 of Suwon-gun, and thereafter, the registration record was changed to L on December 1, 1958. On April 13, 1973, the number of the above lot was changed to 167 square meters in Suwon-si, Suwon-si (hereinafter “the land in this case”).

(2) The registration of ownership transfer in the name of the deceased was completed with respect to the instant land. However, the registration of ownership transfer was completed with respect to Nonparty S, T, U,V, and W, the inheritor of the deceased on March 8, 1971 due to the consultation division as of March 20, 1970, Nonparty X-X,Y, Z, AA, and AB on April 13, 1973, as of each of the instant land, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on April 9, 1973 with respect to each of the instant land as of April 1/5.

(3) On July 19, 2018, the Plaintiff completed the registration of transfer of ownership based on sale on July 13, 2018, No. 16926, with respect to the shares of 20/52 out of the instant land.

(4) Meanwhile, in the process of the transfer of registration record on August 20, 199 with respect to the instant land, the parcel number was erroneously changed to “UAC in orchard,” rather than “UAC”.

(5) In the process, registration of ownership preservation was completed in the name of AD, the grandchildren of the network R on February 6, 2007, and each registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of the Defendants after division or merger as shown in the attached Table.

Specifically, the instant land is divided into 376 square meters in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si on February 6, 2007, 113 square meters in place, and 18 square meters in J. 18 square meters in place, respectively.

② Defendant Suwon-si, as above, completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of the acquisition of public land consultation on February 5, 2007, under the receipt of No. 5603 on February 6, 2007, as to the 376 square meters in Suwon-si, Suwon-si divided as above, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, which was divided into 376 square meters, and J 18 square meters.
