1. The decision of the court of first instance against Defendant B, which exceeds the following order of payment under Section 2.

The following facts may be acknowledged in full view of the following facts: (a) there is no dispute between the parties; or (b) the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 12, 16, 19, 20, 22, 23, 25, and 26 (including paper numbers); (c) the results of the appraisal commission to the chief of the Korea Intellectual Property Corporation branch office of the first instance court; and the results of the fact inquiry to the chief of the J University.

On May 14, 1959, with respect to the AP Forest land AP forest land 1-1-9 table 5 table (hereinafter “the forest land of this case”), the registration of ownership transfer was completed due to the sale on October 11, 1958 with respect to each one-third share in the name of Q, AK, and AO (hereinafter “three persons”), respectively.

B. The instant forest was divided into three parts, including A Q, and the ownership transfer registration was completed in the name of three persons (attached Form 2), and the land divided into the AR forest 7,531 square meters and the AS forest 3,936 square meters (hereinafter referred to as “AR, etc. before division, etc.”) in each real estate listed in the 2 and 3 List prior to the division, and the land divided into two parts for convenience. (Attachment Form 2) Each real estate listed in the 1 List and the land divided into 665 square meters in AT forest and 106 square meters in AU forest and 106 square meters in AR, etc. before the division.

However, the AV large 250 square meters divided into AV large 341 square meters and AX large 949 square meters, which are not the land divided in the instant forest, are combined with AW large 341 square meters and AX large 949 square meters, and are now AX large 1,540 square meters. The real estate stated in paragraph (2) of the attached Table 1 falls under the part of AV land before the merger.

C. [Attachment 2] As to the real estate listed in the list 2 and AR before subdivision, registration of transfer of ownership was completed on August 20, 1983 in the name of AL, AM, N, Defendant AG, AH, AH, AI, and AJ (hereinafter “AL”) under the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (Act No. 3562; hereinafter “Special Measures”) on August 20, 1983. On the other hand, registration of transfer of ownership was completed on January 26, 194 for AR, etc. before subdivision.
