A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 30, 2018, the Defendant’s damage to property appears to be written in writing in the written indictment of the victim C in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Masan-si B.

(W) In front of the entrance's residence, the victim's market value was damaged by 14,00 won, which is the victim's ownership, such as the knicking of the entrance by hand under the influence of alcohol.

2. At around 08:10 on March 31, 2018, the Defendant: (a) sought a knife (25cm in total length, 15cm in length) that is dangerous articles on the ground that the said victim reported the 112th day at the above location; (b) sought a knife, blife the bell, knife the knife the knife of the knife to the victim; and (c) threatened the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

On February 12, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 15:00, the Defendant: (b) placed in F apartment G, the Defendant’s residence in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, which is a dangerous object without any justifiable reason, in the state of alcohol; (c) laid off the wall of the above apartment I-bend, the Defendant’s house located adjacent to the above G, the victim H, and damaged the property owned by the Defendant under the market price by carrying dangerous items that have been granted a hole of approximately 30cm in diameter on the wall of the above bend.

[Along with the fact that the defendant and his defense counsel have threatened the defendant with regard to the crime of the above special intimidation, the defendant and his defense counsel did not prove the knife that the knife did not exist. In light of the knife, the defendant's testimony of the witness C, and the statement of 112 reported case processing table, it can be sufficiently recognized that the defendant
