The punishment of the accused shall be determined by eight months of imprisonment.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was in conflict between the victim B (n, 31 years of age) and the victim from February 2018.

1. Around June 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed a crime on or around June 2018, on the ground that the victim and the victim met with other men in the home of the victim who was in nuclear power around the time and in the city of nuclear power, and caused the victim to suffer damage to KRW 290,000 in total, including replacement of the victim's property, subsidiary materials, and personnel expenses, by taking the victim's body, which was a dangerous thing that the victim had a cresh in the toilet in the toilet, caused the victim to tear the wall of the victim; and (b) caused the victim's damage to the victim's property by carrying the dangerous thing, such as the victim's cost of repair.

2. A crime committed on October 2018;

B. The Defendant causing special property damage

3. On December 22, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 23:00 on December 22, 2018, at the entrance of the victim’s house, and around December 23:0, 2018, the Defendant forced the victim to fill the gap of the victim’s out-of-the-door loss by going through a string door, leading the victim’s house, thereby damaging the victim’s property; and (b) infringed upon the victim’s residence so that the loss would amount to 360,000 won by going to the victim’s house.

4. Crimes committed on February 25, 2019;

A. On February 25, 2019, at around 23:46, the Defendant causing special damage, caused by the destruction of and damage to a small-scale disease, which is a dangerous object that was next to the victim, while engaging in a dispute with the victim at the same place as Paragraph (1). As the victim tried to report the body in the toilet 112, the Defendant forced the loss of the toilet by force.
