A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant shall be a person who has raised and slaughtered black salt with the trade name "C" in Cheongbuk-do Cheongbuk-gun B, and a place of business permitted pursuant to Article 22 (1) of the Livestock Products Sanitary Control Act shall be slaughtered and treated, milk collection, and processing, packaging and storage of livestock products.

Nevertheless, around March 10, 201, the Defendant slaughtered one fat, which is livestock, using the slaughter equipment, such as moas and blades, in the above “C,” which is not a place of business permitted pursuant to Article 22(1) of the Livestock Products Sanitary Control Act, and slaughtered livestock at a place other than the permitted place of business.

From March 10, 2011 to March 21, 2013, the Defendant slaughtered black salt, which is a total of 167 ma, outside of the permitted place of work, as shown in the attached list of crimes.
