Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant shall slaughter and dispose of livestock, collect milk, and process, pack and store livestock products in his/her workplace permitted pursuant to Article 22 (1) of the Livestock Products Sanitary Control Act, from the Government of the Gyeonggi-si;

Nevertheless, around May 26, 2014, the Defendant slaughtered 30 marine dogs from May 2013 to May 26, 2014, using slaughter equipment, such as moas, knife, etc., at C farm located in sib of the Gyeonggi-si, which is not a place of business permitted pursuant to Article 22(1) of the Livestock Products Sanitary Control Act, and slaughtered 1 marine, livestock outside the permitted place of business.

2. Any person who intends to operate livestock product sales business shall install facilities and report it to the Governor of a Special Self-Governing Province or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu.

Around May 26, 2014, the Defendant, without reporting to the competent authorities, sold 1 marith, black salt slaughtered at the said C farm to E Health Center in the operation of D, and operated livestock products sales business without reporting to the competent authorities from May 2013 to May 26, 2014.
