Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of a sentence shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 19, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 19:12, 2018, at the time of gathering the victim D, located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yeongdeungpo-gu, and the third floor; (b) opened a window between the victim’s house and intrudes into the house, and cut off with one cash 30,000 won, which is the victim’s possession.

1. Around April 15, 2018, the Defendant infringed upon the residence of the victim L (31 tax, female) by opening a toilet protection network on the K and the second floor of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government for the purpose of theft. Around April 15, 2018.

2. The Defendant attempted to larceny property after intrusion upon the victim L's residence at a time and place identical to paragraph (1), but attempted to steal the property, but the Defendant was unaware of the victim’s right to such place and did not bring about such intent.
