A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larcenyes after intrusion upon residence;

A. On February 16, 2017, around 14:00 on February 16, 2017, the Defendant came into the residence of the victim D, located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C2, and opened the above window where the victim was absent and did not correct the gap, and entered the said window. From June 2016 to June 201, the Defendant entered the residence 17 times as indicated in the list of crimes in the annexed list of crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence.

B. A thief Defendant entered the victim D’s residence, as described in the preceding paragraph, and had one half of the market price of 1,400,000 won in the victim’s possession in the inside and outside of the said area, and had 17 articles worth a total of 18,380,000 won in the market price during 17 times from June 2016 to the above day, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property.

2. Attempted charges of larceny after intrusion upon residence;

A. In October 2016, the Defendant infringed upon a residence: (a) around 12:00, at the victim F’s residence located in the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E-3rd floor; (b) opened a string door with a key located adjacent to the front door and entered into the said door.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence.

B. The Defendant, as stated in the preceding paragraph, had entered the victim F’s residence and returned to the victim’s location, and had a physical color to steals the victim’s property, but did not discover the subject of theft, thereby having failed to achieve that intent.

Accordingly, the defendant attempted to steal the victim's property.

3. On February 16, 2017, around 14:20 on February 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim H’s residence located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 1st floor G 101; and (b) entered into the inner multi-use room via the right fence.
