1. The accused, by intentionally committing an accident involving a vehicle, which is subject to traffic laws, such as intrusioning central lines or violating signal, committed an intentional act, and thereby causing the driver of the other vehicle to receive the insurance money by allowing the driver of the other vehicle to receive the accident as if the accident occurred frequently.

Accordingly, the Defendant: (a) around 14:40 on July 7, 2015, the Defendant: (b) viewed F to board a car on the front side of the Agricultural and Fishery Products Center located in Seojin-gu, Seojin-gu, Seocheon-gu, 2015, which was parked on the left side of the road; (c) temporarily stopped franchising the car on the left side; and (d) deemed that the above frans car enters the right side line beyond the central line; (c) started part of the above franchis car; (d) received the above f from the top side of the franchis car to the right side of the franchis car; and (d) obtained the said f from the 20th line to the right side line to the 20th line to the 15th day to the 20th day to the 15th day to the 20th day to the 15th day to the 15th day to the 20th day to the 15th day to the 25th day.

2. On July 14, 2015, the Defendant attempted to commit fraud: (a) was driving HK5 automobiles on the front of a two-way general hospital located in Gwangju Mine-gu, with the intent of acquiring insurance money by fraud; (b) while the JWz car driven by the victim I while driving the HK5 automobiles on the front of the said high-tech general hospital located in Gwangju Mine-gu, the Defendant took part of the said K5-lane car by going beyond the central line and going through the speed of the said K5-type car; and (c) was taking part of the said K5-type car.
