Punishment of the crime

The Defendant partly caused a traffic accident against a vehicle in violation of laws and regulations, resulting in the occurrence of a traffic accident due to the negligence of a vehicle in violation of laws and regulations, and had the intent to receive insurance proceeds from the insurance company subscribed to the vehicle in violation of laws.

The defendant ordered K to receive insurance as if the accident occurred due to the negligence of K, the victim's damage insurance company, which is an insurance company of the above low-priced car.
