A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 02:50 on October 10, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was under the influence of alcohol at “E” located in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju; (b) during the influence of alcohol, the Defendant sent the victim F (21 years in length) and the victim G (19 years in length) to the victim F (21 years in length) and the victim G (19 years in length) without any justifiable reason; (c) the victims’ daily Ha, the victims of the 112 reported defect by driving the 140 km car at a speed of about 140 km in speed; and (d) the victims and the victims J (21 years in order to 21 years in order to conceal the Defendant by driving three automobiles.

As a result, the Defendant, carrying dangerous goods and shocked the above damaged vehicles, caused injuries to the victims, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks, and at the same time damaged the above 5 K5 passenger cars to repair cost of KRW 1,726,679, repair cost of the above 1,023,000, and the above rocketing car repair cost of the above Switzerland car.
