A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

One year of the total list of seized articles shall be the victim C, 2, 4, and 6 each year.

Punishment of the crime

On September 4, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 500,000 won for larceny, etc. from the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch of the Daegu District Court on September 4, 2015; on April 6, 2012, a fine of 300,000 won for the same crime; on May 31, 2012, the same court was sentenced to a fine of 1 million won for the same crime; on December 27, 2012, the Daegu District Court was sentenced to imprisonment of one year for the same crime; on December 27, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for the same crime; on August 8, 2013, the said suspended sentence was invalidated on October 15, 2013, and the execution of each of the above prison was terminated on February 27, 2014.

On January 7, 2015, the Defendant habitually committed a theft of property or attempted to steal property by impairing the victim’s house in order to take the goods by the following methods: (a) on 14 occasions from the time to February 20, 2015, including a theft with a total of the market prices of roren male visibility for rorens who were in front of the table of crime, and a rorens women who had been in front of the table of crime, and (b) on 14 occasions (No. 1-1 of the year, No. 2015No. 79 of the year, hereinafter referred to as “2015Nom79”) as described in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes committed by the Defendant.
