A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.

Defendant

A is the friendship of the victim C (the current 14 years of age), and the defendant B is the leader of the victim C as the wife of the defendant A.

From July 2017, Defendants have resided with victims in the D Building E in Jinjin-si.

1.
