A In six months of imprisonment, Defendant F shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,00,00,00, Defendant B, C, D, E, G, H, I, and J, respectively. 1,50.

Punishment of the crime

With respect to the 19th election of National Assembly members implemented April 11, 2012:

1. Defendant A provides 2,100,000 won (6 days x 70,000 won per day x 5) for each of the volunteer allowances from April 5, 2012 to the 10th of the same month, in relation to an election campaign, each of the 2,100,000 won (6 days x 70,000 won per day) in total, in relation to an election campaign, from the third floor of the building and the second floor of the building of the 3rd and the second floor of the 2nd floor of the building; and

2. Defendants B, C, D, and E are provided with 420,000 won (6 days x 70,000 won per day x 70,000 won per day) in relation to the election campaign, at the date and place described in the above paragraph (1), belonging to two female election campaign workers for candidates from Defendant A, and for volunteer service from April 5, 201 to October 10 of the same month, respectively, in relation to the election campaign;

3. Defendant A and F conspired on April 10, 2012 to board the third floor elevator of the building in which the instant election campaign office is located on or around 19:00 to 20:00, and Defendant A provides four female election campaign workers, such as Defendant G, H, I, and J, under the pretext of volunteer work allowances from April 5, 2012 to the 10th 10,680,000 won each (six days x 70,000 won x 420,000 won each (420,000 won x 4200 x 4) in relation to election campaign, in a way that the amount of money received by Defendant F is divided.

4. Defendant G, H, I, and J respectively received 420,00 won (six days x 70,000 won per day x 70,000 won per day) in relation to the election campaign under the pretext of allowances for which Defendant A and F belonged to three of the female election campaign workers for candidate O from April 5, 2012 to October 10 of the same month.
