Defendant

A is the head of the liaison office for the election of Incheon constituency E for the 19th presidential election. Defendant B is the accountant in charge of the above election liaison office, and the Defendants expressed that, on April 2017, the election campaign was conducted for the F candidate in relation to the above election, the election campaign was conducted for the F candidate in relation to the election and the election was conducted by the election commission, and the election clerks who did not report to the election management committee were required to carry out an election campaign, and the election clerks who did not report to the election management committee were willing to pay money and valuables under the pretext of the allowance

Accordingly, from April 17, 201 to May 8, 2017, Defendant A had H (1), I (10 days), J (17 days), K (12 days), L (3 days), and M (6 days) carry out an election campaign for F candidate, and Defendant B had 70,000 won of the election affairs reported by N, etc., election campaign, and 30,000 won of the above L, 30,00 won, 40,70,000 won, 40,000 won, 30,000 won, 40,000 won, 20,000 won, 7,00 won, and 30,00 won, 7,000 won of the above-reported election affairs were transferred to the above L, 30,000 won, 40,000 won, 30,000 won of the above-reported election affairs.
