A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 600,00 from the victim to the national bank account under the name of the Defendant for the purpose of selling goods, and received the total amount of KRW 4,745,00 from 12 times as shown in the attached Table of Crimes (12 pages) in the above manner, and received the money from the national bank under the name of the Defendant, the Han Bank, and the Gyeongnam Bank account.

On November 4, 2012, the Defendant sent a notice to the Victim K, stating that “The Defendant will sell a middle and high-speed camera” in the Internet Nene Ikbook, at a scar, where it is difficult to know the trade name in Busan around November 4, 2012.”

However, even if the above money is transferred from the victim, there was no intention or ability to send the above money.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 460,000 won from the victim to the Busan Bank Account (L) in the name of the Defendant.

On January 9, 2013, the Defendant reported the content that “I will sell 30,00,000 won,” posted on the Internet website NA, at a place where the location cannot be known, and said, “I will send Kamera if I send money.”
