Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaged in driving a B-to-pur vehicle.

On August 16, 2015, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 02:10, and was under the influence of 0.112% of the blood alcohol concentration at the 168 deep-gu Sung-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, the Defendant proceeded at the 30km of the epoch-gu, the epoch-si, the epoch-si.

Since there is a yellow yellow light signal installed, and the traffic control is not carried out, the person engaged in driving a motor vehicle has a duty of care to check whether there is another motor vehicle in transit by temporarily stopping and slowly driving the motor vehicle before entering the intersection and to prevent the occurrence of the accident.
