The defendant is a holder of B World Postous car.

Despite the fact that the Defendant is prohibited from operating a motor vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance on the road, the Defendant driven the said motor vehicle without being covered by mandatory insurance in the section of about 5 km to the same 84 km from the parking lot of the apartment on the world, which is convenient to the Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, 100-10 on April 19, 2016.
