1. Each of the appeals filed by the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) against the principal lawsuit and counterclaim is dismissed.

2. The costs of appeal shall be principal lawsuit and counterclaim.

The reasoning of the court’s explanation concerning this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except where five parts of the judgment of the court of first instance are modified as follows. As such, this is the same as the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance pursuant to the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

Type 3 5 to 6 " December 6, 2012" shall be construed as " December 6, 2013";

(b)For the following reasons, the respective “Council District Court” in paragraphs 3 and 5 below shall be deemed to be the “Council District Court Appellate Court ”:

(c)as “Council District Court” in Part 4 of the fourth page;

(d) under paragraph 4, with the words “14 pages” as “13 pages”;

(e) in Part VI “this Court” as “court of First Instance”;

(f) in Part 9, paragraph 3, the term “the result of appraisal of the appraiser L” has been written as “the result of entrustment of the appraisal of the appraisal office of the court of first instance with respect to the Mevaluation Office of the Court of First Instance L”; and

In conclusion, the plaintiff's main claim is dismissed as it is without merit, and the defendant's counterclaim is justified, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and all appeals against the plaintiff's main claim and counterclaim are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
