Defendant
A A shall be punished by a fine of 2 million won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 10 million won.
The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. The Defendant in violation of the Medical Service Act, even if he/she was not accredited as a Marine and was not allowed to engage in massage for profit without being accredited as a Marine. However, without being accredited as a Marine, the Defendant received 29,000 won per hour from many unspecified customers who found the said business establishment from July 6, 2019 to July 21, 2019 to July 21, 2019 to 01:20.
B. The Defendant violated the Immigration Control Act, even though he/she obtained the status of stay that he/she would engage in job-seeking activities in the Republic of Korea, and was engaged in job-seeking activities under the condition that he/she would receive KRW 1.4 million per month from July 6, 2019 to July 21, 2019 at the above business establishment, the operator of which was the operator, from B at the place of his/her business, without obtaining the status of stay.
2. Defendant B
A. (1) The Defendant violated the Medical Service Act (hereinafter “Medical Service Act”), notwithstanding the fact that he/she is unable to establish a massage place without obtaining qualification certification from a massage club, without obtaining qualification certification; from June 8, 2019 to July 21, 2019 to July 01:20, the Defendant: (a) installed six massage rooms; (b) installed shower rooms, etc. in the said place; and (c) had two employees, including A, etc. of the native nationality, take charge of, or divide, telegraph to, a large number of unspecified customers who found the place; and (d) from September 27, 2019 to September 28, 203:00 of the same month, the Defendant had two employees of the said place of business to have a large number of customers know in the same way; and (e) had them operate and open a massage place by 29,00 won per hour from the names of customers in the same manner.
(2) The Defendant, from October 24, 2019 to around 00:40 on October 25, 2019, had two employees in this place of business from around 22:50, to around 00:40 on October 25, 201.
