Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a person subject to enlistment in active duty service on April 22, 2013, was the Defendant’s house B of the Defendant at Seopopoposi, Seopoposi, B, 2013, did not enter the military service upon receipt of the notice of enlistment in active duty service under the name of the head of the Jeju Regional Military Affairs Administration, but did not enter the military within three days from the date of enlistment without justifiable grounds.
