Punishment of the crime

On November 24, 2016, the Defendant received a notice of enlistment in active duty service from the Administrator of the Military Manpower Administration of the Daegu-gu District Military Manpower Administration to enlistment in the Army Training Center from December 26, 2016, the Defendant, a person subject to enlistment in active duty service, to be enlisted in the Army Training Center within the 63-dong-gu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and the 63-dong-gu, Daegu-gu, and failed to enlist in the Army Training Center by December 29, 2016, without justifiable grounds, three days after the date of enlistment.
