Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

While the Defendant received a written notice of enlistment in active duty service under the name of the head of the Military Affairs Administration in Daegu-do, that was a religious believers of “novahovah’s Witness,” the Defendant did not enlist within three days from the date of the said call-up without justifiable grounds.
