Punishment of the crime

On October 12, 2012, at around 22:40, the Defendant driven a 3KM vehicle under the influence of blood alcohol concentration of 0.090% from the public parking lot suitable for the Government Medical Center of Dong-dong, Dong-dong, 22:46 on the same day to the street in front of the Government-dong 15-4 Do-dong 15:46 on the same day.
