When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 9, 2015, at around 0.155% of blood alcohol concentration, the Defendant driven the B 10km section from the street in front of the smoke house located in the estuary Dong-dong, Suwon-si, Suwon-si to the front of the Donland located in the Donland in Sungsi-si, Susung-si, the Defendant driven the B Gunn car at approximately 10km section from the street in front of the Donland located in the Donland in Suwon-si.
