Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the driver of a passenger car, and the victim D (the age of 49) is the driver of the E New Daily F bus in E.W.

On May 31, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 08:12, the Yongsan-gu Seoul Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Bus 2, which was driven by the victim at the bus stops in the 6-gu Seoul Yongsan-gu bus stops in a bus stops in the bus stops in the future of the Defendant’s vehicle, and obstructed the course while stopping in the bus stops in the front of the vehicle; (b) the Defendant tried to stop the victim’s vehicle from the bus stops in the green-gu bus stops to stop in the three-lane road of the victim’s new bus stops in the middle of the green-gu bus stops, which started from the passenger bus stops in the middle of the green-gu bus stops in order to avoid this; and (c) the Defendant tried to stop the victim’s vehicle from the third-lane road of the new bus stops in the front of the victim’s vehicle and failed to stop the victim’s vehicle from driving the vehicle at the three-lane road in front, thereby preventing the victim from driving the vehicle from changing its course to the three-lane road.
