Punishment of the crime

On July 6, 2019, around 10:24, the Defendant sought to change the lane from 4 lanes to 3 lanes of the above road on the Don-do 4 lane located in the southyang-si, Green-si, the Defendant: (a) but on the 3-lane, the victim was unable to change the lane due to the motor vehicle that was driven by the victim C(the age of 37) on the 4 lanes of the above road; (b) the victim was changing the lane to 2-lane in which the victim was underway; and (c) the victim was threatened by using a dangerous motor vehicle that was a dangerous object by cutting down the motor bicycle in the front of the victim's motorcycle in the course of continuous departure from the intersection to the intersection and blocking the course by driving it.
