A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant is 70,000 won of medical expenses and 500,000 won of consolation money to C who is an applicant for compensation.

Punishment of the crime

On October 12, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months in Changwon District Court through the Changwon District Court for the crime of injury, fraud, assault, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on April 5, 2013.

1. Around 04:00 on August 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) boarded a cab operated by the victim D in the Sogdong-gu Busan Sim-gu, Busan, and said the Defendant was to go to the Suwon-gu, Busan, the Public Security Center.

However, the defendant did not have an intention or ability to pay taxi charges because he did not have a card, etc. to pay cash or taxi charges.

Nevertheless, the Defendant had the victim operate a taxi on behalf of the Defendant before the Suwon Public Security Center, and did not pay 4,600 won for the taxi, thereby acquiring property benefits equivalent to the above amount.

2. On August 19, 2013, around 04:20, the injured Defendant received a request from the victim D (year 54) who operated a taxi, as described in paragraph (1), on the street in front of the Suwon-dong Port Public Security Center in Busan, Dong-dong, Busan, to pay a taxi fee, and caused the injured Defendant’s injury, such as the victim’s injury, by drinking a part of the victim’s entrance fee one time, and the victim’s chest was 3 to 4 times, and the victim’s chest was flicked with the victim’s chest, and the victim’s injury was flick with the victim’s flick in the number of treatment days.

On September 3, 2013, around 06:30 on September 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the H main point of G operation located in F in Busan District, the victim I (33 years of age) was an employee; (b) more than 10 times the victim C (38 years of age) who was under contact with G was suffering from the victim I (33 years of age); (c) more than once the victim C (38 years of age) was faced with the victim’s face at the right end of the face; and (d) more times the victim C (38 years of age) was faced with the head’s face.

As a result, the defendant assaulted I, and suffered injury to C such as old net fever and farc fever that require approximately four weeks of treatment.
