A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 07:58 on May 15, 2014, the victim F (V, 35 years old) was knee kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne.
2. On May 15, 2014, at around 08:10, the Defendant recommended the Defendant to return home while avoiding the Defendant’s behavior, such as Paragraph 1, the security guards belonging to the Gangnam Police Station G District G District of the Gangnam Police Station, dispatched to the site after receiving a report of 112 on the front of the above D cafeteria. On the other hand, the Defendant assaulted the Defendant’s left face of the above security guards at one time.
As a result, the defendant assaulted police officers in charge of duties, thereby hindering police officers from performing their legitimate duties in handling 112 Reporting Cases.
3. 모욕 피고인은 2014. 5. 15. 08:20경 강릉시 I에 있는 강릉경찰서 G지구대 내에서 제1항 기재 폭행 사건으로 조사를 받던 중, 위 G지구대 소속 경사 피해자 J에게 “좆같은 새끼야, 너 뚱뚱한 놈, 잘 쳐먹어서 몸에 살찐 것 좀 봐, 국민혈세 받아 쳐먹고 그렇게 살 찌웠냐, 개새끼야, 국민세금이 아깝다, 너 같은 새끼한테 월급 주는 국민이 억울하겠다, 너 아들, 딸들도 너처럼 머리가 크고 뚱뚱하겠지, 씨발놈아, 대가리만 큰 새끼야”라고 말하고, 같은 소속 경위 피해자 H에게 “곱슬머리 새끼야, 좆도 힘도 없게 생겨가지고 오늘 실적 올리니 기분 좋냐, 너 아들새끼 내가 존나게 패줄거다, 개새끼야, 나 경찰관 맞아”라고 말하고, 같은 소속 경위 피해자 K에게 "야, 거기 자리에 앉아 있는 놈, 그래 너 말이야, 너 대머리, 거기 앉아서 뭐하냐...
