Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around August 2012, the Defendant was willing to receive 2.5 million won from C in return for a disguised marriage with Vietnam women through the advertisement of “B” at the rice Luxembourg market, a place of living information, around August 2012, through an advertisement of “B” and a disguised marriage.

Around September 7, 2012, the Defendant conspired with C and D, and even though there was no intention to establish a matrimonial relationship with E, Vietnam, women, at the Seongbuk-gu public service center of Seongbuk-gu, the Sungwon-si, the Changwon-si, the Changwon-si, the Defendant had a public official in charge of family relationship registration enter into and register as if the Defendant and the above E were married with the public official in charge of family relationship registration, who knew of the above C through the above C, and submitted a report of marriage with D to the above public official in charge of family relationship registration, who knew of the marriage, and had the public official in charge of family relationship registration enter into and register as if the Defendant and the above E were married, and immediately had the above public official store and operate the family relationship electronic data processing system in which the false facts were recorded.

2. Since then, the above G does not intend to establish the above H-based matrimonial relationship, but around October 15, 2012, the above G-based public service center in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government is aware of the above false matrimonial relationship registration.
