1. A claim for reimbursement related to a traffic accident that occurred on a one-lane road in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government at around 03:50 on January 11, 2017 (see attached accident site medicine)

The instant accident is an accident that conflicts with the Defendant’s vehicle (Csi and the accident site map “Ma1”) that was stopped at the right side of the vehicle in order to allow passengers to leave the vehicle on the road beyond the median line, which is a yellow point on the side of the station at the front side of the station elementary school.
