The defendant shall be sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crimes of No. 1, No. 2, and No. 3 of the holding.

Punishment of the crime

On March 8, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for special injury, etc. at the Daegu District Court, and the judgment was finalized on March 16, 2018.

1. On April 2017, the Defendant received Handphones from D’s house located in the Hannam-gun B building B, Gyeongnam-gun, and received Handphones without compensation.

2. Purchasing phiphones;

A. On July 11, 2017, around 16:35, the Defendant purchased phiphonephones from F to F with a total of KRW 1.7 million and with a total of KRW 1.7 million.

B. On November 14, 2017, around 17:00, the Defendant purchased philophones by taking 1.7 million won from H hospitals and F before H hospitals located in G, and by taking the volume of philophones from F to purchase philophones.

C. On December 30, 2017, around 18:00, the Defendant purchased philophones by taking 1.5 million won from L to L via K, while purchasing philophones from L. d.

On March 11, 2018, the Defendant transferred KRW 1,500,000 to L from the French land, Daegu and lower than 22:41 on March 11, 2018, and purchased the penphones from L, in front of the N Bank located in Daegu Suwon-gu M, at around 00:00 on the 12th day of the same month.

E. On March 13, 2018, around 03:00, the Defendant remitted KRW 3 million to L from the French land of Daegu and below Daegu, the Defendant purchased 10 ghopphones from L on the front side of the N Bank at around 20:00 on the same day.

3. Medication of phiphones.

A. On July 2017, 2017, the Defendant, at the lowerman’s office, put the volume of phiphones into a single-use clock, administered phiphones by means of dilution with water and injection with his arms.

B. On November 2017, 2017, the Defendant, at the guest room of the Seo-gu Seo-gu Mael “P”, was the volume of philopon.
