Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 4, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven a motor bicycle of about 110c meters in the “C” from the road near the “marisiwon,” located in the Gurisidong, to the road located in the Gurisidong, which is located in the 334 Guririsi-si Gyeongri-si, to the road located in the 334 Guriri-si Gyeongri-si Gyeongri-si.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license, and operated the “C” 110cc motorcycle under the preceding “C” at the same time and at the same place as the preceding “1”.
