Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year and four months and a fine of one hundred and fifty thousand won.

However, the above imprisonment for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On January 26, 2007, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 700,000 from the Suwon District Court to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Automobiles which are not covered by mandatory insurance shall be on a road.
