1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On December 1, 2011, the Defendant entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with the Orala Stick App (OAPs) located in Denmark, and agreed to discuss whether to renew the agreement by August 2012, 201, by setting the term of validity until September 1, 2012.
B. The Plaintiff sought from the Defendant on March 14, 2012 whether to supply a product to sell on-line the “Agye well-being” brand products, such as content, bags, tables, and chairs, and received the product list on March 14, 2012, and received the product list.

3. 19. Contacts from the Defendant that only a product amounting to KRW 208,686,80 was allowed to be supplied for reasons such as the saving of the product.
Accordingly, the Plaintiff ordered the product amounting to KRW 208,686,800. On April 1, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into an online exclusive sales contract with the Defendant as follows.
Article 1
(a) The term of validity of this contract shall be no later than December 15 of each year, without relation to the date of the conclusion of the contract, and shall be deemed to have been renewed for one year under the same conditions if there is no intention of cancellation or modification of the contract of “A” or “B” one month prior to the expiration of the contract.
