1. The Defendant’s KRW 60,220,80 with respect to the Plaintiff and KRW 6% per annum from August 10, 2018 to September 20, 2018.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On July 1, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with B engaging in the business of manufacturing lighting fixtures under the trade name “A”, as follows:

(hereinafter referred to as the “instant basic contract”). The Plaintiff (hereinafter referred to as “A”) and A (hereinafter referred to as “B”) of the ED lighting development and parts supply contract shall enter into the following contracts with a view to the development of LED lighting products and the supply of parts in the spirit of mutual trust and cooperation:

Article 1 (Opening) The two Parties shall enter into the following agreements with respect to the development and supply of T8 ED type light and products ED Bulb products:

Article 2 (Purpose) The purpose of Article 2 (Purpose) is to pursue mutual interests by producing and selling ESD lighting developed by the “B”, and “A”.

Article 3 (Sharing of Duties) “A” shall make best efforts to produce, sell, and mutual benefits finished products, “B” shall take charge of the development and supply of competitive products in conformity with the KC Standards, and the parts are as follows:

1. “B” shall be supplied to “A” all parts of the parts referred to in Article 3 other than the Socket, and shall be developed and supplied products suitable for domestic KC high efficiency certifications.

2. “B” shall develop products for certification under paragraph (1), complete KC high-efficiency certification, and shall name the ownership of the products and KC certification, etc.

Article 5 (Confidentiality) "A" and "B" shall not provide any information, all documents, materials, etc. acquired in connection with this Convention to a third party unless the other party consents thereto.

When violating Article 6 (Indemnification), termination of a contract, restriction on transactions and suspension of transactions or damages may be claimed to the other party.

Article 7 (Period)

1.The term of this contract shall be 3 years from the date of conclusion of the contract.

Provided, That the contract period shall not be later than 30 days prior to the expiration date.
