1. The model that is supplied to the defendant shall, in principle, be delivered only to the defendant, and in the case of third parties or exports, consultation with the defendant shall be made.

2. The color of the product and the printing specifications shall be determined and notified to the Plaintiff by the Defendant.

Article 5 (Standards for Orders for Products and Orders)

1. The plaintiff shall guarantee the quality of the goods supplied to the defendant within 36 months, and when a quality defect recognized by the plaintiff's responsibility occurs, the plaintiff shall repair the goods without compensation at the plaintiff's expense.

Article 10 (Term of Contract)

1. The term of validity of this Agreement shall be 12 months from the date of the contract and shall be one month prior to the expiration of the term.
