Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Justice] On September 7, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for night building intrusion and larceny in the Seo-gu District Court Branch of the Daegu District Court on September 7, 2017, and the execution of the sentence was completed on February 26, 2018.

1. On July 31, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 21:45, the Defendant: (b) opened a “D” store operated by the victim C in Gangwon-gun B; (c) opened a front window in the office; and (d) took place at least KRW 300,000,000 in cash, which is one of the victims’ possession on his/her book, and stolen it.
2. On September 2, 2019, around 17:40 on September 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim F of the victim F in Gangwon-gun E with a open door to the “G Schlage,” which was operated by the Gangwon-gun E; and (b) made a theft with a handbag bag containing KRW 2 million in cash, passbook, card, etc., the victim’s possession, which was received under the calculation stand, and the Defendant stolen it.
From this point to September 11, 2019, the Defendant invadedd the building managed by others on a total of five occasions, such as the list of crimes, and stolen the property owned by others worth KRW 2,310,000.
3. On September 11, 2019, the Defendant attempted to larceny: (a) went into the Hamo-gun of Kangwon-gun, Gangwon-gun on September 11, 2019; (b) reported that there was no person to enter the Hamo-gun; and (c) opened a safe located therein to go with cash, etc., which is one of the victims I; (d) but the Hamo-gun did not bring the matter into the Hamo-gun but did not bring the matter into an attempted crime. (d) On September 11, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 20, 2000 won of the victim LM vehicle stopped at the place; (b) opened a door at around 200,000 won of the victim’s cash, which is one of the victims’ possession; and (b) opened the Hamo-gun on August 16, 2019, the Defendant stopped the vehicle at around 10, 2019.
