Reasons

Facts of recognition

In light of the facts without dispute, Gap evidence Nos. 2 and 3, Gap evidence No. 5-1, 2, Gap evidence No. 6-2, and Gap evidence No. 8-5, the following facts are acknowledged.

The Defendant is a school juristic person operating C secondary and high schools, and the Plaintiff was newly employed as a teacher of C secondary and high schools on March 1, 2016, and was subject to the revocation of appointment by the Defendant on August 31, 2017.

In order to pass the first examination to determine successful candidates, successful candidates of the first examination shall be determined in the order of high scores in the aggregate of 20 points in each subject, 30 points in the evaluation of personality and job ability, 50 points in the first examination (education and majors), and 40 percent or more in the major, from among those who score at least 50 percent in the first examination (education and majors).
