Reasons

1. Details of the instant disposition

A. On October 18, 2013, Defendant 1 published an implementation plan for a competitive test to select candidates for appointment of teachers of public and secondary schools (including teachers specialized in health and nutrition counseling for special schools) (hereinafter “instant appointment test”) in the year of 2014 by the announcement of the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education on October 18, 2013, and among which the instant case pertaining to the subject of special (middle) (hereinafter “instant public announcement”).

Number of persons to be selected: General 16 persons to be selected: Where the number of persons with disabilities selected is less than the number of persons to be selected as persons with disabilities when persons with disabilities selected as persons with disabilities who have completed the final examination of one person with disabilities, the number of persons falling short of the number of persons to be selected
